2. Registration & Auction Participation

3. Pricing & Fees
- Store: prices include applicable taxes
- Auctions: buyer’s premium is 26% up to €300,000, then 20% above
4. Payment
Online Store:
Payment is accepted via credit card through our secure provider AsiaPay. Supported cards include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.
Auctions:
Payment must be made by bank transfer only, within 3 business days following receipt of the invoice. Bank details will be provided after the auction closes.
5. Shipping / Collection
- Shipping is possible after full payment is received
- Shipping costs are borne by the buyer
- Lambert & Zhao is not liable for damages during shipping
6. Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for public auction purchases, in accordance with applicable laws.
7. Warranties
All items are sold “as is”, with no guarantees unless otherwise stated.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. In case of disputes, only the courts of Hong Kong shall have jurisdiction.
