To attend an online-auction and private sales in person you need to register your personal information required in advance of the sale by filling out and submitting a registration.
BUYER COMMISSION:
For online auctions, a 23% Buyer’s Premium (excluding tax) is added to the hammer price. For private sales, items are sold at a fixed price.
CONDITIONS OF SALE:
Online auctions and private sales are public, online-only events held on behalf of consignors. It’s important to read item descriptions and notices. Contact specialists for inquiries. After purchasing in private sales, you may receive an invoice. For online auctions, payment is due promptly after the sale. Buyers are responsible for local taxes, import duties, and applicable VAT.
SHIPMENTS &. RETURNS:
Shipments are processed after payment and sent via tracked shipping with signature confirmation. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Buyers are responsible for local duties and taxes. Returns must comply with international e-commerce regulations, with return shipments arranged to the Hong Kong office.
