You can submit items for free valuation by contacting the team via email. There are no seller commissions or photography fees. However, certain costs such as insurance, transport, or restoration may apply, with your prior agreement.

To participate in online auctions or private sales, you must register with your personal details. A 23% buyer’s premium (excluding VAT) applies to all online auction purchases.

Orders are shipped once payment is received, with tracking and signature on delivery. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. For returns, please contact the team promptly to arrange shipping back to their Hong Kong office, in accordance with international e-commerce regulations.
