Refund Policy – Lambert & Zhao
At Lambert & Zhao, we pride ourselves on offering unique, hand-selected, and often one-of-a-kind pieces. Due to the exclusive nature of our items, we adhere to a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except in specific and limited circumstances.
🧾 Conditions for Refund or Return
All purchases made on www.lambertzhao.com are final. However, we may accept a return or issue a refund in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged during transport.
- You received an incorrect item that does not match your order.
If you encounter any of the above issues, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your item by sending an email to info@lambertzhao.com with:
- Your order number,
- A detailed description of the issue,
- Photographic evidence of the damage or error (clear and unedited photos of the packaging and item).
After review, if the return or refund is approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed. In some cases, you may be asked to return the item to us.
📦 Return Shipping
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was on our part.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused, original condition.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
🔒 Exceptions
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse or a change of mind,
- Incorrect sizing when sizing information is clearly indicated,
- Minor differences in color due to lighting or screen settings,
- Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
Once a refund is approved and processed, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method.
We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy.

We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. All products are shipped from our headquarters in Hong Kong.

💰 Shipping Costs
- Hong Kong: Fixed rate of HKD 50
- Mainland China: Fixed rate of HKD 60
- International: Delivered via UPS or FedEx
– Fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping speed.
– International buyers will be able to see the exact shipping fee before confirming the order.
⏱ Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery status.
🕒 Estimated Delivery Time
- Hong Kong: 1–3 business days
- Mainland China: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–15 business days (may vary depending on customs processing in your country)
Please note that during peak periods (e.g., holidays or sale events), handling and shipping times may be slightly longer.
⚠️ Important Shipping Information
- Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Lambert & Zhao is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the reshipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer.
🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We do not mark items as “gifts” or under-declare their value to avoid customs fees, as this is illegal and against international shipping laws.
